Estos "bichos" me tienen cansada!! Despues de probar con quimicos, que dejan mal olor y hasta aveces parece que las engorda, comence a usar "TIERRA DE DIATOMEA"
Algunas plantas,sobre todo las asclepiadaceas tenian cochinillas algodonosas en tallos y raices

Para peor en esta época cuando comienzan a florecer las estapelias, huernias, orbeas etc.. es necesario que vengan moscas u otros incectos para favorecer la polinización y si hay tanto olor o tanto químico en el ambiente es casi seguro que se espantarán y por ende me quedare sin semillas.

Asi es que preparé y fumigué todo con esta "tierra de diatomea". Como se puede observar, las plantas quedaron totalmente pintadas (al igual que las paredes). Con una cuchara esparcí el polvo en la base de las macetas y plantas mas afectadas.

Día siguiente: Guauu! Santo remedio.Las cochinillas que estaban a la vista, hora se encuentran totalmente secas.Las plantas intactas, solo pintadas (como la clásica pintura a la cal o al agua).
Deje pasar un par de días y regué con la manguera y rociador. Las plantas se lavaron perfectamente. Creo que al fin encontre un buen remedio.
Next day woohoo! Remedio.Las Santo mealybugs that were in sight, time secas.Las plants are completely intact, only painted (like the classic lime paint or water).
Allow a couple of days and watered with the hose and sprinkler. Plants were washed thoroughly. I think I finally found a good remedy.
